Returns must be dropped off and scanned by carrier or returned to a store within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the delivery date. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date.
A return shipping fee applies to all returned orders, with one fee per order. There is no fee for in-store returns, Instant RefCredit refunds, exchanges, or Friends with Benefits loyalty program members who keep at least one item from their order.
Can I return an online order in-store?
Yes! To return your order to a IAH store location, please follow the instructions below:
Locate your nearest IAH store. You can view our store locations here.
Have your order number or email address used to place your order available.
You can find your order number on your order or shipping confirmation emails. If you can’t locate your order number, contact Customer Love.
Bring your items in-store and complete your return.
You’ll receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed.
I lost the original packaging for my item. Can I still return it?
Yes, you may return your item in your desired packaging. Please ensure that your return is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
If applicable, additional return packaging requirements can be seen below.
Clothing: If your garment arrives in a garment bag, it must be returned inside of the bag to be eligible for a refund.
